I survived the dentist

. I managed to go to dentist today on my own as OH was off today. Magic tooth poly filler used and all sorted. If does not work will have to look at bridge or crown but he seems confident it will be good.Thank you for the moral support was needed. I have had a fear of the dentist since a child as had one that did not believe in using pain killers. Was just a state of mind as to whether or not it hurt. Hence am scared stiff of them. Did take iPod and kindle to try and keep me focused on something else and some deep breathing relaxation going on. Just so chuffed no drilling or pulling out of tooth.Also glad not just me who is a little scared of them
