We have had a letter from LA today, giving a statement of yearly AO. This year for the first time it also had a paragraph stating that foster carer allowances are classed as self employed earnings and much be declared as such.

foster carer allowance isnt the same as Adoption allowance though, my adoption allowance certainly wasnt counted

Is there any reason that adoption allowance would be discontinued before the agreed time-frame? Such as moving to another EU or out of EU? Thanks
