Cornwall agencies?

Hi We are an lgbt couple who already have a birth daughter. We are now considering adoption. We are in the first stages of choosing an agency but feel a bit confused as to who we should approach first. Anyone out there had experience of agencies in Cornwall? We are in the Truro area. Thanks.
