I wonder if anyone else is having, or has had, really bad problems with Sandwell MBC? It was bad enough before my adoption order went through, but since then (18 months ago) I can't get them to reply to emails or talk to me on the phone. I've ended up spending £500 on music therapy myself as I haven't been able to get anyone to respond to my email requesting they access the Adoption Support Fund on my behalf. Am I the only one who has experienced this? I am a single adopter and feel utterly powerless!
