Hmmm not sure how the experience of three incredibly rich actors has advanced the cause of single adoption. Some of these adoptions were rather questionable to say the least. In the case of Angelina Jolie, my recollection is that Brad Pitt was heavily involved in the adoptions but because the childrens home countries did not allow adoption by unmarried couples, she adopted them as a 'single parent' followed fairly swiftly by their adoption by Brad Pitt. Not exactly what I would call single adoption. Madonnas eldest adopted child is a Ritchie so I assume she was married at that point,

Personally, for me a single person adopting is just that! Both references were not single at the time, and co-parent now (you would assume!)

I took from the article that, similarly to LGBTQ+ adoptions, Single adopters are making a dent in who is adopting these days. Maybe they could have been more informative on that part! ?
