Hi VanillaPod,I am not sure whether this helps, but I too have a link meeting approaching and as the CPR hadn't been updated in a while my SW suggested that I write some questions and she would send them on to the agency. I was most interested in the SW's perspective of LO's personality and challenges I might face. I'd also like an update on their medical condition as this had just been diagnosed when the CPR was last updated.I found it useful to put headings and then list the questions beneath them, and it looks like there would be a lot of overlap between questions I might ask the FC too. My headings included:Siblings/Birth FamilyForever FamilySchool and FriendsFoster CarersPetsI think I am more worried about what the SW is going to ask me, epecially as they are also visiting another family too!Good luck with your meeting.Skylt

Personally I would focus on the child's history and your ability to cope with their specific needs... See it as a two way process!

Hi SkyltThanks this is very helpful, our link is only 5 months old so were struggling to come up with many questions, there are no medical complications but we will be asking if there have been any diagnosed since the CPR has been written. Hi - perhaps concentrate on birth family. Eg do they drink, do they work or do they have learning difficulties. Is the family & previous gdnerations known to social services Without knowing circumstance of the LO these may not be relevant but I think you can see where I'm going Hth & shout if it isn't clear
