HiI''m sorry I am here again with another question!!Can anyone tell me what happens at the medical? Does the GP write a report and do all of your notes get sent to the VA medical advisor or just the report?Any advice gratefully received, you have all been so helpful, thank youLittlehen

For ours (many moons ago) GP completed a set form and sent it off to medical person on the adoption panel. It was GP's fiirst form and was sent back for several 'petty' things eg: it said 'infertility' instead of 'unexplained infertility'but GP didn't charge us, so that was worht the odd 'issue'Hope it goes well, but get GP to complete as fully as possiblel
