Update: our hearing has been rescheduled as a final hearing. We haven't received the previous order ourselves but it sounds like the judge has waffled a bit and then made pretty much no further action points whatsoever which kindof begs the question why he didn't just grant the order in rhe first place. However it looks as promising as it can that the order will be granted next time
