Wetting and soiling issues

Just needing to find some support and help from adopters that have gone through issue with adopted kids wetting and soiling during the day.

I have a nearly 9 year old that wets 2 or 3 times a day sometimes souljnv and doesn't do anything about getting changed unless challenged about it. Tried lots of different approaches looking for some further advise.

On going behavour, but more recently regression as well, as we have adopted sibling.

My DD had problems with this for a long time - I found https://www.eric.org.uk/ helpful - but in the end it was time and her mental state stabilising in her late teens that improved things - its very hard especially if they are in denial about it. I think with my DD it was a subconscious defence against abuse
