Good Morning Everyone,Following a few queries/concerns we’ve received lately, we would just like to reassure everyone that Adoption UK takes our message board moderation, support and safeguarding responsibilities very seriously.Every post on the message boards is read by a team of moderators within 24 hours of posting. Where a message board user appears to be in need of support or where any content is cause for alarm, Adoption UK always follows-up in an appropriate manner. This involves an Adoption UK Helpline advisor private messaging the message board user involved, as a first point of call. Sometimes we will post on a thread that we have private messaged (PM’d) a message board user, however it is sometimes not appropriate to mention this publically.
