Waiting for ADM

We were recently approved by panel (unanimous) and told that we would get confirmation from the ADM by the 6th (I know it's not the 6th yet) but when they said by the 6th I assumed that would be the latest date we would hear back from ADM.

Our social worker also appears to be on holiday at the moment, do they normally just contact the SW or should we get confirmation by post?

I really want to click the 'approved' button in LM so we can start expressing interest in any profiles.

You should get a letter in the post. If it’s the same as my LA it says you’re approved and gives bullet points saying why you’re approved. I would wait until the sixth and then give the agency a call. If I remember rightly, mine arrived on the day they said it would arrive by!

Hopefully it will have arrived. In our experience most of SocialCare start taking the Huge hours of TOIL and Annual Leave around mid feb-end of March. So I would chase it sooner rather than later

Still not had a letter or anything from ADM, so I guess we now have to hope that the SW got an e-mail or something last week. :(

I received confirmation a few weeks later. Sorry that you SW is on leave, it doesn't help, as it just adds to your stress

Our SW confirmed we are signed off by ADM on the 5th and a letter was posted the same day.
Hmmm seems that Royal Mail have let us down as we still haven't received that letter.
But at least our SW was able to check and confirm we are approved :)
