I adopted my daughter from out of my area 5 years ago - i transferred over to my own council 2 years ago for post adoption support locally - just had a chat with a post adoption social worker who seems to think I should be receiving Adoption Allowance from the out of area borough because of her disabilities - any one got any thoughts on this ? xx
