Well our first meeting with little pup went very well. She was sat on the floor when we got there, busily putting coins into her money box. We sat down with her- she wasn''t interested in us at all- she sort of went a bit numb-LOL! Then she toddled off with FD into the lounge and we joined them. Sat on the floor again whilst pup sat with FD looking at books. 5 mins later she stood up and toddled upto me and plonked herself down on my knee...awww.We stayed 2 hours- lots of interaction. She really is a sunny,happy little girl with a sense of mischief about her- certainly not a shrinking violet.Totally knackered but looking forward to tomorrow. Got a real sense of relief after today.She''s wonderful and is already nestling in to the child shaped space that was empty in my heart.So far it feels ''right''

Really pleased it went so well, I actually had butterflies in my stomach each morning I woke up during intros - it's a great feeling isn't it when you meet them for the first time and knowing you have some great times ahead.SB

How wonderful. The child shaped space and it feeling right really got to me. Good luck for the rest of intros although you sound as though you won't need it.
