It was move in day today!

This week we have had introductions than have been very tiring for all but the foster family to our new daughter (under 1yr old) have been nothing short of amazing and we hope we now have new friends for life.On intros day 1 our daughter let us cuddle her and even fell asleep in my arms(trying now to keep my manly composure). Since then things have only improved further to the point that she holds her arms out for us, gives us kisses and is so relaxed around us, currently she is having her morning nap upstairs in her cot.Even our BS has been amazing, he suffers a little from anxiety and has had to tackle this full on but we are so proud of him and his status as a new big brother. He is still understandably nervous but with his new sister reaching for him for hugs and games he will only go upwards from here. What an amazing week and what an amazing daughter and family I have.

We have 2 BS and although are only 2 weeks into our adoption have been amazed how well our 2 DS have adapted (they are 7 & 1/2, & 5) they both seem to really like our AD (under 1 yr). They love giving her kisses and cuddles and like playing with her too. I thought there would be more resentment than there is. DW & I know this may still be the honeymoon period but hey ho, we will have just deal with that when it comes.Rubix
