I have listed these elsewhere, but will list them here, as asked.When we log in to the boards, can we please return to the boards (home page of boards) and NOT the home page of the website!Can we remain logged in until we choose to log-off, rather then be timed out?It's also taking a very long time to log in - over a minute to load the log-in page, another to reach the main homepage after logging in, and yet another to get back to the message board home page. Once back here, things speed up again.Also, could we have the narrow boards back again? The boards filling the entire screen is difficult to read.

I don't like having to go back to the home page to log in either. And I seem to have to keep logging in, it doesn't last very long. But I DO like the wide message boards.birdlady

i can't seem to save my username and password and no one else uses this computer or ever would need to, except dh, used to be able to with the other site and the way the log in works is slow and clunky. Like a edit button, like the sound of the magic free stuff wot would work and give us more stuff.Thanks for sorting out board size.

Stay on the message boards after log in I agree.Route back to the website home page from boards.I don't like the wide screen either, but it seems to be personal preference.

Last night took so long to try to access the message board that I gave up in the end.I hope this isn't going to be like this for very long?

I keep getting logged out within less than an hour and when I switch to look at another site.Would like to come straight to the boards when I logg in from the link at the top rather than being sent to the home page and having to click back to the message boards.Personally I think the probelm with the wider board is something to do with the surrounding colour.We need an edit button, I often make mistakes and would like to be able to put them right as soon as possible.Could the reply and private message boards be in different places, or made different in some way as I know some people have hit the wrong button by mistake.

The boards are really really slow since the technical changes.This needs sorting quickly. They are on the verge of unuseable at the moment. I have tried to make this comment on several other occasions but not had the time to spend perhaps 15mins from opening front page to logging in and getting to reply on right board. A lot of us are under a huge amount of pressure. Speed of the boards failing to this degree means some people in critical need of advice and support are not going to be getting it.

I ditto Madrid's request to stop being welcomed by my real name. I have a username for a reason - I don't want my real name being used anywhere online. There's no need for it. So please welcome me as Fehrscaper and not by my real name! Thanks.

I have written 2 posts after logging in and then losing them as it automatically directs me to log in, even when i press return button I am unable to get the postings back, very annoying. Is the option to spellcheck no longer available? Previously I could do this, but can't now.

Hi Jessi agree that when i log in i don't want my real name to come up. Sounds silly i know but i prefer always being anonymous and raspberrysmoothie.However my main issue is i can no longer access the boards on my mobile phone which is a sateo. I can get onto the site but when it asks me to log in it chucks me off and closes the phone browser. So i can no longer post replys or messages on my phone. This is a huge issue for me as i travel a lot and spend most of my time using the internet on my phone. ThanksRS

I'm being timed out repeatedly: I log on to the boards with my user name and password (is there no way to become cookie-enabled so I'm recognised when I visit the site and the message boards, as previously, as the new log-in process is ridiculously laborious? Shouldn't the process be intuitive, rather than me having to delete 'username' then inputting SlummyMummy and my password?), access the message boards, write a response to a thread, click 'submit' to post, then get the log-in message again, discovering that I've lost everything I've typed.Result = 1 SlummyMummy fast losing the will to live. I'm mumstheword on the boards, and that's how I want welcoming (ok, mtw to my friends ;-), though it's taking me so long to get onto the boards and log in that I don't have the time to persist in getting on here so often.I don't like the wide screen.I'd love to find some advantages to the new boards - has anyone found any yet ?mtw

It is soooooooooooooo slow! Even if things are going well by the time I have logged in and re logged in and often re logged in, and after I have waited for what seems days for the pages I am seeking to view to appear, I have totally lost the will to live let alone post!Would also like a button to get off the boards to access other parts of the site.Agree with what has been said about the reply and private message buttons - they need relabeling for clarity and separating for ease of use. I could read the message boards but couldn't log in and respond to any threads. I tried forgotten password even though I didn't think I had forgotten it. Then I was told that the site didn't recognise my username either. I finally reregistered using my original username and password and the site seemed happy with that!Hilly7

slow, slow, slow, also keep getting timed out as or after I have tried to post and end up having to do it again or not bother. As I currently have no memory or patience due to matching panel fast approaching, this is driving me bonkers. Also screen all wide and orrible again and I don't like it. Still hating the ridiculous login and why aren't I purplesnookum when I log in to here that is who I want to be welcomed as?

Agree with the others about site being slow, log-in probs etc. I especially don't like being welcomed on the homepage by my real name. Makes me feel uneasy. What if others get to see it due to a glitch? There's no need for it. Like Madrid says, it could just be 'Welcome Fluffy Cat' surely?
