We are 3 years post placement of our little girl. We used a voluntary agency (after a poor experience by our local agency) called the family care society. From the first phonecall family care were amazing. They always kept us up to date, gave us all information we needed for each step of the process, we had the same sw from the very first visit right up to intros and who still keeps in contact. He was very supportive through whole process and still is! Yes we had frustrations and hitches but we always felt supported throughout.

So nice to hear... I'm just doing my initial research to start prepping to apply and they really stood out to me over the NI LAs.
