I rarely initiate a thread now but finally after fighting our local authority for over 7 months for specialist provision for ks3 for our daughter, they finally caved. 5 panel. Doesn't meet criteria. Months and months of stress. Of providing evidence- then it turns out that they'd mislaid a key piece of our evidence and not included it in evidence to panel, nor in the subject access request documentation we'd requested. Then suddenly the penny dropped and lo and behold .... she has a place! Now her final statement has to be amended!! Phew ........
