Anyone had any experience with PACT please? We are trying to move agency and would like to hear about your experiences. Thank you

We used Child Link over 10 years ago and found them excellent: compassionate, probing without seeming more than necessarily intrusive and thorough in getting to understand us, our strengths and weaknesses what we could offer a child and why we had chosen to adopt. Child Link were taken over by PACT several years ago. So, no direct experience of PACT but if they have the same values and approach as Child Link then I would definitely recommend them. Peahen.

We also used Child Link and found the same - couldn't recommend anyone more or rank anyone more highly - very professional and very supportive too. We also had post adoption support when requested through PACT as that was part of the package - up to 18 - and in fact our SW who did the assessment and placing with us became the director / head of PACT but has since left (I think) - he was fantastic too - so personally I wouldn't consider anywhere else but go with PACT
