Does anyone know or can think of any more effective ways to try and find her to say thank you?

My mum decided to post this on her Facebook this morning and has asked me to post it on here too so it's seen by more people. Below is what she has asked me to copy and paste from her Facebook post:
"We was in Universal Orlando in Florida in January, trying to find a lovely mum from Bristol in the UK who looked after my autistic son on Hargids Magical Creatures when I couldn't ride with him because I had to sit with my younger daughter in child swap. Any ideas on how to find her to say thank you? We have the on-ride photo. Wish I said thank you at the time but he only told me how kind she was and how she looked after him for me once we had left the child swap!
We live in Warrington near Liverpool in the UK.
Just wanted to say thank you as a lot of people are quite mean to me and my son and judge him because of his autism and ADHD
If you see this and want me to take the photo down, let me know and I'll take it down straight away"
