Just a quickie to let folk know that the sneaky DfE had overnight changed the guidance to LA''s about eligibility for free school transport for pupils with SEN ,EBD etc.IPSEA got straight onto the case and took the DfE to judicial review and won. the guidance to LA''s has now been replaced with the original guidance from 2007.If this affects you - go to the IPSEA website where you can read all about it under the hot topics section.Jellies
