Its been some time since I posted on here. Life has been rolling along quite nicely but contact has caused problems again and I''m back here looking for answers.So,just wondering if any other kinship carers/adopters are still around?

Hi Homebird 2003,I sometimes come onto the boards for advice too. I don't have any contact issues wonder if you have a post adoption social worker...we had one who if I'm honest we don't need very often I guess it depends on your situation.Anyway just wanted to wish you & hope you find a solution.

Hi SandycGood to hear from you. We don't have any post adoption support. We have dealings with letterbox department and in our most recent contact with them they did not suggested that we get help from post adoption department, just suggested we contact NORCAP. So, not keen to get involved with social services again to be honest as its like hitting your head against a brick wall!
