Is there any issue about also getting Adoption Allowance ?Also ... if you claim dla for more than one child, do you get two lots of the additional child tax credit and possibly carers allowance ?

you can only get one lot of Carer's allowance. It shouldn't affect your adoption allowance but I think that you should get two lots of the additional child tax credit.

You may be aware but the tax credit is only linked to certain levels of DLA don't know if you have an idea of which elements yo meet criteria for yet.

Carers is paid to 1 person but I've not come across anyone getting two lots, but have come across a married couple with twins both claiming carers. So 1 carers allowance for each child/parent.
