prospective single adopter needs help!!

Hi there,Just wondered if anyone could help me at all.I am living near Potters Bar in Hertfordshire and have had a negative experience with the Local Authority on single adoption. I wondered if any one in the surrounding area has had experience of an agency that feels more positively about single adopters and has had success with being approved.
