Hi just wondering if any one has adopted for the second time in the past few years, and how long it took to get approved? Our new agency that we are working with are being a bit vague, weve been accepted onto stage 1, and we are aware it should really only take 4 months

We adopted again 2017 and if i remember rightly it was 5 months to approval.
And then 9 months later 2nd son came home.Though we had delays ie matching panel due to paperwork not ready.

Hi,
not sure if it still applies during these times, but I chased up a delay on my application of three months and I had been lost in the system. However, I was then quickly put back in and from first contact with SW to panel was just three months. I was matched just before lockdown - 1 year on from panel - and have matching panel in two and a half weeks. Meetings have been brilliant and efficient through what’s app and Microsoft team and fingers crossed should be beginning introductions in 6 weeks. Good luck.
