No, not to leave, but to go to school!! Twirl packed her school bag!! You have no idea what a big deal this is... Not only did she pack the right things for the right subjects, she has put together a pencil case and even included a fiddle toy, which is a brilliant idea. If I try to put one in she shouts at me and throws them away!! She is in Year 8 and this is the first time she has EVER even attempted to pack her bag. Mostly I do it, or she leaves all her stuff in her locker and just wanders around with a fistful of leaky pens in her blazer pocket picking up detentions for having the wrong stuff! I am amazed, it is such an unusually positive and organised thing for her to do. Usually anything to do with the return to school meets outright refusal. Onwards and upwards one step at a time :)
