This week I was involved in yet another petty discussion with SS where I felt like no-one was listening. I sent an email to everyone I could think of saying that I was tired of my needs being the last thing to be considered and that it was time for them to think about what was right for me. Within 24 hours the whole original issue was resolved! I think it''s the first time I have stood up for myself with them. Before I always felt I couldn''t as they had my life in their hands. Quite proud!

Well done, you. Sometimes, you just gotta take a stand! It won;t be the last time you will need to do this, sadly, but sounds like you are up to the challenge!

Well done. I was never one for sticking up for myself but I don't have an issue now I have someone else to stick up for.
