Lunch at Pizza Hut

I have just got back from lunch at Pizza hut with DS, I picked him up from his supported housing where he has now been two weeks and all appears to be going well. He has made a couple of friends with kids that appear to be quite nice.He was up early clean and tidy and for a couple of hours was great company. He has invited me round tomorrow for tea.He tells me he is looking forward to starting college, his enrollment day is Wednesday, his key worker is going to take him, so they can work out the EMA and Oyster card for him.So far all is positive....I have seen more of him since he left home than when he was here!!!

Very promising - I was just reading on the Adopters Board about running away and it has just struck me how far we have come in the last few years?From drugs, running away, fraud, on a drip from alchole poisoning to the lad I had lunch with today...It is so easy to forget the hell we have been through
