Why when the boards where changed was decided to get rid of the smileys? I am not talking here about big flashing animated smileys, just a few polite ones to show an emotion. Am I the only one who wonders here?

And would others support a 'footer' that we can write as part of our profile, which provides basic details about our families - e.g. "Prospective single adopter. Approved for a girl aged 0-3 in February 2016." "Married adopter. Mum to Monkey Boy (6) and Mouse (3)" - which would appear at the end of each of our posts. I find it hard to hold people's profiles in my heads - and sometimes it does make a difference.

Mod - could the Online team not be at least give a reason for their not answering Pluto's request, either with some emoticons, and an optional footnote ( other adoption forums have them) or at least by giving a reason why not. A month seems plenty time to respond ! I work in IT and I know it can be busy at times but some kind of response in four weeks would be expected. If they are on strike do let us know !!

There was another spam post on the forum, just now, a fake facebook page. It has been removed within two minutes of me reporting it- impressive. How can it then take this long to respond to Pluto's query. Come on Pluto, why do they hate you? What did you do? (Imagine a winking smiley face here to indicate that I don't think anyone hates pluto and understand the delineation of role between mods and IT- bloody hell this would be quicker with emojis, someone should suggest they are added)
