Please can anyone help? I have posted a message on the other essayed board entitled DLA appeal. Can anyone help advise who we could take to the tribunal with us for support?

If you contact SOS!SEN or ipsea they will be able to advise more depending on what part of the statement you are contesting. We paid for a Barrister to represent us, just as we'll since the LEA never sent back their attendance info and then turned up with their Barrister! We also took the private ed psyc and private OT. They did not come cheap but we won and the statement has stood the test of time and is still doing great at Senior School! Do not under estimate the stress of the day, we found the whole thing worse than going through the adoption process.Good luck with everything.
