adoption allowance

cn you apply for adoption allowance whenyou have not had one before. we have had our 2 boys 18 months now and when we started out mr blu had a good job but since then he has had to find a new job which in turn is half his old wages, so we are now really struggling with everything .any advice welcome

Hi. My understanding is that you can apply at any time if your circumstances change. I may be doing so myself soon. Good luck.
