In response to feedback, we now have a freephone number for any help from Link Maker with the new community area. It will be updated on the help page soon, but you can use it now: 0800 368 8549
Previously you would still only have paid the component of the fee that goes to your own phone company, as Link Maker covered the rest of the call cost ourselves. With this new number you can be confident that calls are completely free of charge from all consumer landlines and mobile phones. (This wasn't the case before for mobile phones but this changed last year - you can see the guidance from Ofcom here)
