So DD has been doing life story work since the summer. The life story worker is lovely, really caring and gets on well with DD. Earlier this week she called me to touch base on how DD is. Half way through the conversation she said to me " DD is a lovely girl, she is a real credit to you and your husband". I cannot tell you how lovely it was to hear that . I was so very proud of my girl! The little things can mean so much. Swimchic

Oh Swimchic that is lovely to hear. The little things help to keep us going dont they ? Write them all down and they will be there to encourage when the times get tough. I wish i had done that when my birth children were little .

That is a lovely comment - so nice when people say something positive and so good to have that to hold onto when things are difficult - sounds like you're working with a really super person
