hope it all goes well, but one thing I remember from that time, is that sws are difficult to predict, some may like you to have plenty of toys around, whilst others may think that the toys you have are not suitable & you have jumped the gun.So whatever happens, try to stay calm and be yourself. i hope it works out for you, but make sure you have someone on hand to talk to/cry with if it doesn't as this is the rejection thatt for me was thevery worst part of the adoption process.and if it does work out, you will want to share it with someone specialall the bestl

There are quite a lot of threads about questions to ask and questions that might be asked. These threads are quite detailed if you want to think through possible questions in advance....SW visiting in 15 days!! What now?! by pjandtj child''s social worker & family finder visit - need advice by Malikjo1how do we prepare for childs sw visit re a match by RockhopperI can't remember being asked many questions at all, although there must have been some. But I think all the major ones (including the usual issues around being single) had already been gone over with a toothcomb through the paperwork and phonecalls between the sw on both sides. During the visit the children's sw just seemed to be observing and trying to get to know me, she said she was able to visualise the children here and me being their mum and I think that's what she was really doing in her head while I just showed her round and babbled. They brought photos which was lovely. And of course it was the first time I met someone who knew the children. So there was a lot to take in during the visit. It feels like a very big step.Hope it goes OK for you next week.
