Finance checks

Hi there all we are 2 guys going through home assesment at the moment. Had all CRB and all done and are shortly coming up to our Financial Checks. I am wondering if there is anything we can do as "Extra Homework" i.e. a spreadsheet of what comes in and what goes out ? would thins help any also would welcome anything you guys and gals have done or some more advice on this matter. Thanks in advance

the spreadsheet is a good idea, not only for the homestudy part but also for the future, and if you can show in the spreadsheet a small amount of savings for "emergency" then that should get you brownine points. when we did HS I had lists of how much I thought childrens clothes/shoes/school uniform/activities would cost, but we were going for three school aged children with one of us giving up work altogether, but something simiiar to show what you expect.
