Well after panel we were told yes but with the condition of checks being done one two address mr fishwife had lived at as a student sw forgot to do the checks FFs So we will get profiles wont need to go back to panel next month as questions were all answered will get a letter next month subject to the checks They said they were really impressed just it was a shame the last little bit wasn''t done whilst glancing at swI really don''t know how I feel that''s why took a while to post Mr fishwife is really happy so why aren''t i

Congratulations, I know it's hard to celebrate until it is actually official but since you know your hubby has no secrets to hide at old addresses this bit is just formality and will soon pass. In the meantime it is good you will get to look at profiles - our agency would not let us do that until we got the official "yes" from the independent decision maker after panel.

Yes i think i just felt a bit wobbly like i said to fishwife(jr ) when he came back from hoilday club They said yes but are holding on to the letter until the two address comme back clear Assuming mr fishwife did'nt hide any bodies under the patio back in the day

I think it's a bit like a friend/relative telling you that bought you a brilliant present for your birthday, but it's at their house and you can't get it until they can sort out a day off work. It's nice to know you've got it, but you haven't actually got it and this is so much more important/stressful/emotional for you. Things not going quite to plan is common in the world of adoption, so don't worry too much about it, but learn to treat yourself for coping with these situations.
