Hello
I'm at the start of my journey and I have no idea how to decide which agency to go with.
In my area, there's the local authority and 2 voluntary agencies. They all seem really nice and I'm not sure how I'm supposed to choose between them and what questions to ask to decide.
I'm adopting on my own.
I'm in South Wales, if anyone has any practical experience of these agencies, let me know.

Might be worth having a look at Care Inspectorate Wales website. They inspect Children’s services. Some have their reports accessible.

in reality the assessment process will be similar across the board - it’s the after support that’s key. And frankly some are better at it than others!
I’m South Wales too but my kids are now 17 and up so it’s been a while but we definitely had different experiences with then different authorities.
