I apologise that this post is so similar however just looking for feedbackWe have done things a little different following an activity day, So we met LOs on activity dayExpressed an interestTheir sw read all the PARs of couples interestedSelected one couple (us) as no competitive matchingOur sw is coming to talk through it with us this weekGiven the LA where LO from has selected us alone from PAR what are the chances of them changing their mind following the link meeting!We have fell in love with LO so muchThanksDaisy

The link meeting is for both sws to find out more about you, and for you to find more about LOs. Sws will usually share more info. You may find there are things that you find out that make you feel a more certain pull towards LOs or you may find there are things that cause you to think more about whether it would be right. And, for sws they want to meet you and get a feel for whether they can "see" LOs with you, in your home, in your family. There are no guarantees and until link meeting, it is very wise though extremely difficult to be measured about things. As many adopters have said before me, it needs to be a head as well as heart decision. Focus on getting your questions ready - make sure you have some to show you have really thought about WHY these LOs. Also, think about what they might ask you (discuss with your sw). Both my strengths and weaknesses came up - but it was all much more chatty than I was expecting. However, you feel, try and relax and be yourselves (yes, hard I know)!!!I totally get the anxiety though and wish you all the very best.
