Do any of you know whether the post-adoption social workers have some kind of quota on how much ASF money they can spend? I'm asking because I'm really struggling to get our PASW to give us anything via the ASF at the moment. I don't really understand it as the money doesn't come of from the local government budget, I do know our council is really broke (like most councils I guess), but ASF shouldn't be affected by that, should it? Any tricks to get them to apply for funding? Thanks! xx
