(The survey is open to any adult or young person – aged 16 or older – who was adopted from care, or raised under a legal permanence order such as a Special Guardianship Order, Child Arrangements Order or Residence Order, and would not have been ‘looked after’ or a ‘care leaver’ on turning 16.
