Hi myself and my partner have been asked to write a Pen Picture about us to send to children's social workers and family finding team members. I was just wondering if anyone has done this and offer some good advice on what to put into it, and how we write it in the first or third person? As we have to write it together as a couple. Any help would be great Thanks x

Hi, We've recently done one of these - but we did one for each of us. You introduce yourself/ partnership, how long have you been together etc. We talked about our house, what type is was, where it is and what we like to do in the area. We also talked about things to do as a family. Hobbies was in there and what was important to us. And finally, why we wanted to adopt. Hope this gives you somewhere to start.
