Anyone watching this on BBC1???? Unbelievable! Nev, the CEO, has clearly modelled himself on David Brent. He just made all his staff sing ''Mr Bright Side'' - cringeable!Now he''s just called one of his female staff a '' miserable b*****d'' to her face, and she smiled through gritted teeth!!!

Watched it when first started few weeks ago - loved it!Think its difficult to accept/understand if you're not used to this type of workplace...but honestly, apart from the obvious editing for entertainment purposes, thus us how many call centres operate - not all obviously, but certainly the ones who embrace a particularly young workforce and employ these type of motivational techniques !!Need to be certain type to cope with this kind of cruddy 'selling' ...and that takes 'special' motivating & team building!! Love it!

Love the thought of Nev throwing a rissole at someone for not listening: 'It's not school!'And I loved the way that girl modified her Welsh accent to make herself sound more posh on the phone! Classic!Anyone not watching, it is by far the funniest thing I have seen in a long time on TV.

OMG - I did watch the first part of this and just assumed it was a spoof, like the one about preparing for the Olympics. I was just about to write on here, "but it's made up" and thought I'd better just double check first before making an idiot of myself - to discover it is real. I am genuinely in shock!
