RAD - Residential

After a long battle with various services our AS age 9 has been diagnosed with RAD. It has been agreed that the best place for him would be a residential placement that specialises in RAD. Does anybody have any experience of anywhere that offers this. Obviously I know that placements are few and far between but places in the north of England would be advantageous.

That’s a tough diagnosis. I don’t know anywhere in the north but you could try the Mulberry Bush, Cotswold Chine, Caldecott Foundation. They could, perhaps, put you on to somewhere closer to you.

I am not sure if it specialises in RAD, but you could look at Wings School Cumbria, and maybe some of the other schools in their group (Kedleston Group)?
