Appealing a Placement Order

Hi, First time poster and new to this forum:

We were due to start introductions a few weeks ago, but an application has been made for permission to revoke the placement order, so we had to stop.

We’ve been told that ‘it’s in the hands of the court now’ with no idea how long it will take to resolve.

Has anyone else had experience of this?

We had several contestations and each one added about 3 months. However, Corona will have an impact on timings and a contestation before introductions might be handled slightly differently. Of course it will also depend on the specifics of the case.
