things change

chotimonkey September 2, 2013 00:32
for link meeting with no1 we repainted all the upstairs room, almost wore away the house cleaning and tidying, read everything we could lay our hands on, made copious notes from cpr, baked bread, cakes, made soup, ground coffee and groomed ourselves to within an inch of our lives to look immaculately casuallink meeting for no 3 (sibling we already have contact with and are working with same sw) ... throw all toys on the floor into last remaining cupboard with an inch of space in it, change out of top with lo 1+2 breakfast on it... that''s pretty much it

Although I am not looking to adopt any more siblings, I can imagine that things change. I would add ..... well done for clearing up the toys and changing tops!! Good luck with number 3!!!!

I used to bung all the surface junk in the back of the car (or actually fill the car) then drive it round the corner & park it. Once we knew SW well I told her & she laughed her socks off - home study said something re; warm welcoming family home with things which haven't quite a home yet! Hilarious.

Child 1 - redecorated room, new curtains furniture and bedding before he moved in. Child 2 - changed the bedding !Several years later he does have different curtains and bed but cash flow isn't what it was pre kids !!!
