One evening when AD was 9 years old and AS was 8, DH was driving home in the evening with them both when they came across a disabled lady who had crashed her car. While waiting for help DH had to climb into her car which was at a steep angle and physically support her leaving AD and AS unsupervised in our car. AD stayed calm and proceed to direct the emergency services and explain what had happen, she remained focused while the firemen cut the top off the wrecked car with DH still inside supporting the injured lady. Sometime later a big box of chocolates was delivered to our house from a very grateful lady :) Well done AD!
