Margot Sunderland's "Helping Children with Feelings" workbook series

I have just come across Margot Sunderland's feelings workbook series for children, and my kids and I love them. Sunderland has written several workbooks with titles like "Helping Children with Fear/Loss/Low Self-Esteem/Locked in Rage...". The first part of the book always explains possible roots of the emotion and the behaviours. Sunderland describes relevant psychological theories in a language that is easy to understand. The book contains examples of what children have said and done and also gives examples of what to reply and how to react. The second part of the books sets quick drawing tasks for children as conversation starters and to help children understand and process their feelings. One of my daughters in particular loves doing the tasks with me. They helped me identify worries that beforehand had gone unnoticed, because they were about the future and didn't have an impact on our day-to-day life. I could calm her down really quickly and we are both looking forward to using the books some more.
