Anthology on lesbian and gay adoption and fosteringFollowing the publication of A Pink Guide to Adoption, the British Association of Adoption and Fostering (BAAF) has commissioned Nicola Hill to write another book about lesbian and gay adoption and fostering. This time BAAF wants to focus on people who have had at least three years’ experience of either adoption or long-term fostering. BAAF would also like the book to feature some interviews with children, if appropriate. All names and identifying details will be changed to protect confidentiality.Nicola wants to interview 12-15 people with a wide range of experiences and backgrounds. She will be asking about your experience and any advice you would give to other adopters, foster carers, social workers and potential readers of the book. She has a questionnaire which she can email or post, which forms the basis of the interview. Interviews can take place by phone, Skype or face-to-face.An Amazon voucher of £25 will be offered to interviewees as a token of thanks.
