I would love to say yes but not there yet im just going to a information event held but kcc. Though its good to know someone else in kent will be going through the same thing. Are you adopting with kcc or another agency?

HiWe are applying through Kent.So far been very impressed. There is the KCC Adoption team administrator on the course to deal with paperwork queries but it is run (they are all run) by an independant social worker from Coram who is facilitating the course well.It is great info but found it very tiring, my brain has been in overdrive with all the stuff to consider. Our guest speakers have been a foster carer, an adoptee, an adopter and the KCC medical advisor.Your wait should not be too long. We had initial visit two weeks after info evening and prep course six weeks later! Hope the rest is this efficient
