Our AD has been with us for 8 weeks, after an seemingly settled start she is just starting to show signs of struggling. She is missing everyone from her past from her foster carers (Who she was with for 18months and we are still in touch with) to her birth mum, to her old school friends and social workers etc etc. Her behaviour is deteriorating and whilst she’s showing signs of stress and worry she won’t communicate with us about what they are. Does anyone have any Examples of practical exercises that we could do with her that would help her process the change? Any tips from those who’ve been through this that helped for you? Any advice very welcome!
