Ask a Teacher

BeckyAUK March 23, 2020 11:20

With so many people adjusting to a new normal of children being at home, perhaps with school work being sent regularly, I thought it might be helpful if those of us who are teachers or other education professionals, or experienced home educators (and can find a little time!) offered our help online here in the forum.

Before I was an adoptive parent and working for Adoption UK, I was a secondary school teacher. I qualified in Music and then re-qualified in English. I also taught Geography, History and RE up to GCSE. I currently home educate my two children (5 and 9) so I've been expanding my knowledge of early years and primary too.

I am more than happy to answer questions if I can. I can't promise the earth (like many of you I am working at home now with my children here full time), but I will pop on the forum as often as I can.

Any other teachers out there? Please do feel free to check the thread and chip in where you are able.
